Mary and Aaron were so great to work with in both buying and selling! It can be tough in this market in Nashville right now and knowing having a contingency on sale of our house would make our offer on buying a house less appealing, we put our faith in them to sell first and find a house. They coordinated and promoted an open house for us on a single weekend, and we had an offer by Monday, which was great! And they worked out for the buyer that we could stay in the house 30 days after the sale to give us extra time to find a house which was huge! Now with the house sold, we moved hard on finding homes that we wanted and Mary and Aaron were helpful and responsive on showings and details on houses! The one we landed on ended up requiring lot of negotiating and Mary and Aaron did everything they could (aside from selling their 1st born) to ensure we got as close as possible to the deal we needed.
